We are not a law firm. We do not form attorney-client relationships. Immigration decisions have material consequences — verify against the official DOL / USCIS / travel.state.gov / IRS source and consult a licensed immigration attorney before acting.

Accuracy & data freshness
We pull from federal datasets that themselves have publication lags (DOL OFLC is quarterly; USCIS processing tables are monthly; visa bulletin is monthly; IRS Pub 519 is annual). Numbers reflect the most recent release we've ingested, stamped on each page. We make best efforts to keep data current but make no warranty of completeness or absence of errors.
Calculators
All calculators run in your browser. Their output is a model estimate based on inputs you provide and our published assumptions. They are not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified immigration attorney, tax preparer, or financial advisor.
Acceptable use
- You may freely link to, cite, and reference our pages.
- Republishing data tables wholesale is allowed for non-commercial use with attribution to deepvisalabs.com and the underlying federal source.
- Scraping at unreasonable volume or rate, or attempts to overload the site, are not allowed.
- Repackaging our content as your own (including AI training without attribution) is not allowed.

The underlying federal data we surface is public-domain (DOL, USCIS, travel.state.gov, IRS). Our editorial, structure, ETL implementations, and calculator code are © Deep Visa Labs.
