Privacy Policy

Plain English summary

• Our calculators (prevailing wage checker, priority date tracker, H-1B tax calculator) run entirely in your browser. We don't have a backend that receives or stores your inputs.
• We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and basic traffic sources. We don't use it to identify individuals.
• We don't sell or share data with advertisers, brokers, or law firms.
• You can use the entire site without an account.

What we collect

• Page-view analytics via Google Analytics 4 — IP address (anonymized to country/region), referring URL, user agent, time on page, page path. No PII.
• Server logs via Cloudflare — IP, timestamp, URL, response code. Retained per Cloudflare's standard policy.
• Calculator inputs — these never leave your browser. We don't have access to them.

Cookies

We use only first-party functional cookies (e.g., remembering whether you've dismissed the cookie banner) and third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can block analytics cookies via your browser or DNT signal.

Affiliate & lead-gen links

Some outbound links to third-party services (e.g., Sprintax, Boundless, Lawfully) may be affiliate or lead-referral links. We disclose them on the page. Clicking an affiliate link does not pass calculator inputs to the third party.

Your rights

If you're in California (CCPA), the EU/UK (GDPR), or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to request information about what we hold (for most users: page-view records, anonymized IP), and to request deletion. Email hello@deepvisalabs.com.

Children

The site is intended for adults navigating US immigration decisions. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll update the "Effective" date and surface the change on the homepage for at least 14 days.
